What is Shop Pay Installments?
At checkout with Shop Pay, you can choose to pay now or pay in installments. Shop Pay Installments lets you split eligible purchases into installment payments (for US customers, options can include 0% APR plans), with no late fees.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Debit cards are accepted for Shop Pay Installments. In some cases, credit cards might also be available.
Who can use Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments is available only to customers in the United States (and also Canada/UK), who have a US mobile phone number and use a payment card with a US billing address.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend?
Yes. In the United States, the order value limit is $30,000 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?
Gift cards can’t be purchased using Shop Pay Installments. If you want gift cards plus other eligible items, please place two separate orders.
Are there late fees? What if I miss a payment?
There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment. However, partial or late payments might impact your credit score or future eligibility.
What if I return something I bought with Shop Pay Installments?
Refunds follow Maison Culinière’s return policy. Once we process your refund, it’s applied back to your original payment method (typically within 3–10 business days) and your installment balance updates accordingly.
